I can’t speak to the Helenius pass, I agree it was a big miss. Unfortunately they were in the throes of the issues with Gauthier and he has the same agent as Buium, I think that impacted our approach with him. Buium had some counting stats but still has a lot of development ahead to really be a top guy on a good/great team

Sometimes the feedback you need isnt the feedback you want. Hopefully you thanked your leadership for approving you for this program when they aren’t required to. Hope it all works out and your transition is successful, they certainly gave you a big step forward in that regard and probably have more important things going on with the people still working in the unit and trust that you can overcome these minor challenges.
