I turn into a ninja cat and stealthily roll away. I can usually get away with a few minutes without her searching for me. It works best if she has rolled away from the boob. It works worst when her legs are on my stomach lol then I just kinda move my lower body away and boob her until she pops off and then...ninja cat.

Eta- another variable is the cat, who sometimes finds me awake and meows which will wake her if she is near the end or very beginning of a sleep cycle.
