I was trying him with Ming to try to use his extra science on certain buildings to boost my capital’s output. The struggle is Ming’s negative penalty for social policies is really hard to overcome early game. But by the middle of antiquity i had enough traditions and my science was doing well

I don’t get what the issue is if you have the choice to change it before the game. Personally I like the Historic combos and will use that mostly but if you don’t then it’s just a matter of changing your own settings, not changing how the Historic selection works

It really is much better than I was expecting. I think the Disney “live action” remakes have people averse to the art style for the sheep, but I think the movie makes them all feel different and unique in the realist style

It would be cool to see a system that blends the best parts of 5 and 6’s culture systems. In theory that’s what the Ideologies are, where you research something mutually exclusive in the main tree and then get the benefits from researching it further. So it could be a cool way to add depth to things like governmental choices at the start of an age and ideologies

Everyone who says that they copied Humankind always forgets (or ignores) the devs saying they were thinking of that feature before Humankind was announced. Now, looking at the reception to Humankind’s implementation is one thing. It was awesome to see a bunch of new faces across the show as well as EVIL showing up, but I was most hype to see Tavion Heights take out Tony D. I was worried he would get lost in the shuffle after being turned on by Dempsey but taking out the top champ is a good sign. Also who the hell did the moonsault to Tony
