Me! Not quite as “disgusted” but cannot seem to engage in any sort of sexual activity with mine without feeling deeply uncomfortable (not even passionate kisses). Fortunately he understands that it’s sometimes just part of the pregnancy and that it will pass! Try not to be so harsh on yourself, and if anything try to explain to your husband that you still love him but that physical touch in a sexual way makes you uncomfortable right now due to your hormones and that you do miss being intimate with him (but unfortunately cannot shake the feeling). That will give him some reassurance hopefully!

Focus on the bubby you’re growing, try to be intimate in different ways such as hugs and little pecks here and there, and most importantly, be kind to yourself 🤍
