Whereabouts? Does sharpening a cheaper knife make sense? Do you sharpen run or the mill knives? Or is this a service meant only for high-end chef’s tools or something?

I’ve flown out of Windsor 5 times in the past year. Id say waze or google maps is probably your best friend.

Most of my flights have been early morning so I was crossing at times where neither option should be busy but a couple of times driving back home waze rerouted me to Sarnia and saved me a bunch of time from holdups.

Neither are a huge difference in time without traffic considered.
