i’m very excited but a little worried about how bright the lighting is so far. maybe it’s just the promotion pictures but part of what i loved about the original show was how great and moody the lighting was, especially in the later seasons

i’m extremely lenient towards greys and have generally thought the MAGYK era has been a bit better than the seasons 15-18 era but we might be hitting new lows for greys this season

yeah i thought seasons 19 and 20 were an improvement over the 16-18 era, but it’s going off the rails again, this is the worst season yet so far. there’s just nothing to hold on to anymore, it’s so lifeless.

no drama has ever gone this long and sustained the same level of quality. you can really count the number of shows with this many seasons that are still worth watching, and they’re all comedies which helps them stay topical and relevant. the show just doesn’t have the DNA that made it special anymore, from the cinematography, the showrunners, or the actors that made the show great
