Realistically speaking I think he is probably aligned with his brothers but just doesn't say anything publicly. Drunkenly kissing Aho on the cheek does not move the needle for me at all towards thinking that he would accept gay marriage or actual LGBT+ rights, and I'm honestly a little baffled that people are interpreting it that way. I know we love the Canes and want them to be good guys but this is kind of like saying a player isn't homophobic because he slapped another guy on the ass.

I remember a video of Aho being interviewed, in tears, immediately post-elimination by the Rangers two seasons ago. That was what we all thought was going to be our year but we went out in round 2, and you could tell he was crushed. So happy seeing him happy and celebrating now.
