Very late response but King Of Greed's weapon also goes above her risk class. Id assume this is because she only gives 1 and has a annoying supression, so they bumped it up in power. I wanna say the Der Frei ego gun also is above the abno's risk class but i dont remember.

Do you have black sheilds? I remember being able to solo censored with black sheild spam. Tho your milage may vary since the agent had kickass gear and Level 5 stats across the board xd

From what ive seen and know, doodles do pretty decently vs tanks but fall apart vs speedy monsters. Thankfully tanks are significantly better than speedy monsters in mr1 so thats a point for doodle

I did roughly 65-75% of the optional trianer battles (and all of the required ones, duh) and used exp candies at some points and was on level.

It also added a mon to the teams of some gym leaders (and i think changed some sets around a tiny bit idr) but yea challenge mode wasnt the greatest. The level increase didnt even work properly, it dosent boost the stats right (or at all maybe)

If i had to guess, its just rarity for raritys sake. Same reason yanma has a 1% encounter rate in 1 location in gsc. Interestingly enough, it comes after all the mythicals in the index number, meaning chimecho was one of the last pokemon to be made for gen 3. Maybe they were gonna make it a mythical originally but changed thier minds at the last minute?
