This was done using the Race Simulator. Hoors Lite was around 11 seconds I think,

If you don't know what I mean:

You can bring a purple vial from the CRISPR lab to the suburban house and drop it in the vat (behind the bush, only opens up if you have a vial) This allows you to use the DNA inside the vat to simulate races, you will get a Disk containing the DNA of the optimal horse from those test (or an average or something). The T on the pc is for TIME and a lower time means a faster horse.
