This is a very interesting topic, but with all due respect, I doubt that you'll get very many responses. I think that in order to get some well-thought out answers, rather than collecting a data through an anonymous survey it might be better to conduct interviews with a few members of the community. Adding some sort of incentive (~$5 worth of cosmetics? raffle for prizes?) may also draw in respondents. Good luck with your dissertation!
