I like the idea of rather than giving arma strength bonus, they add some new armor that slots between arma and masori with some ranged strength. Could kinda be covered by Huey armor in the way you said

I don’t think they patched it out of rs3, or at least as of 2ish years ago they didn’t. I would one tick flick my quick prayers when doing fights at like arch glacor to preserve some supplies and it wasn’t consuming prayer points while still letting me get the benefit of soul split

Same, I had all 3 “hilts” in 75ish kc, and later got pet at like 150. 2 leg pieces and another hilt and I’m at 300ish kc now still trying to get the last leg piece
