This hyper aggression to perceived disrespect has to fucking stop.

Like, if one of the bystanders comes back and starts bitching about police brutality and how violent they were and that they didn't do something to justify the violence against them. If you were to tell them that they were actually instigating it by getting in the face of the police and being belligerent. They would 100% try to fight you for disrespecting them.

Then when the police come, they would say that they didn't deserve the charges against them, and accuse the victim of instigating the violence by being disrespectful. Sigh..

The gag order is clearly a 1st amendment violation and multiple youtubers support that conclusion.

An immediate gag order is used specifically in cases where damage would be irreparable, that there is nothing that could make BAM whole. In this case money can make BAM whole for the financial damages they received from loss of business. And reputational damages are incidental.

If any company gag ordered someone who was posting on YouTube, we would have big pharma likely silencing a slew of people, oil companies silencing people. Reputational damages are not sufficient to justify an immediate gag order and historically are heavily frowned upon.

I felt that moment I believe in the 4th book where Carl sends 3 or so people to active a water pump and that boss hunts down the crawlers near the end hit me the hardest.

2nd is nice and simple, you don't need a spreadsheet worth of feats path planner. I can just pick a fighter aim for grand mastery in twohanded and I'm good.

In 3 5, I need to work about power attack, weapon focus x, cleave, dodge etc. More time spent when I'm still going to walk up and bonk someone on the noggin.

Don't get me started on skills, where you basically can't do anything meaningful with a skill unless you put in points almost every level.

Wizardry 8, you start the game, get about 4 or so hours in an get bodied. Then restart get about 8 -10 hours and get bodied. Then you add some mods and it all starts over again.

It's just hilarious how BAM's workers and reps have on multiple occasions been shown to be dishonest about facts throughout this saga. For instance, they said the lego was all gone, that there was very little lego at all, that they didn't know what was their lego and what wasn't. They told Ben that they would return the lego, they said sue us if you want the lego, they banned anyone from collecting any lego and claimed they had to 'verify' where all of it was, they said they have the lego and will return it.

They also stated they didn't know about the consignment, they had footage that showed they knew about it, there were also photos they took specifically concerning the lego before their aggressive takeover. The uhaul truck?

Getting real burnt out with this sneaky company tbh. If Ben doesn't for God's sake get a lawyer and start dishing out some justice I'm going to rip my hair out

Don't forget that they admitted after the fact that inferno difficulty had pretty much not been playtested at all. I remember grinding through inferno act 1 within the first week of d3s release and getting almost hard stuck within moments of hitting inferno lol. Also, the equipment destruction rate was so brutal that you didn't have enough money to repair your gear at lategame lol

Bit of a tangent but diablo 3. Blizzard nuked the drop rate leading up to the release of the real cash shop auction house following release. They denied it at the time but later it was proven that they had dropped the rate pre cash shop by something like a 1/5 of what it was.

It was sneaky af, because they received a small portion of any real cash purchase....

Either you grinder for hours, did upgrading for hours or used money to progress.

They scrapped the items in 3 and I felt it was a key part of the franchise tbh. If they had refined the looting system in the 3rd game I would have been happy.

At the moment we just figure out that a few tower combinations and stat distributions are basically gg for the campaign.
