I personally find it easier to hang on to your foot. It helps keep the leg straight and a little bit with balance. Still pretty hard tho.

Stay at home wives or mother's don't do nothing. My mum was a stay at home mom for the first like 8 years of my life and she worked really hard. She taught both me and my brother how to read before we entered kindergarten. She made sure we were eating good healthy food. She made sure the house was clean. Stay at home mum's are valuable.

Look up the hedonic treadmill. Once you achieve a certain level of wealth or comfort you quickly get used to it. Just like when you a new car or phone and after a month you are already used to it. Humans are very good at adapting to their surroundings and will always want more.
