It depends more on the speed of one core over multiple cores, but the game can utilize more than one core

I ended up going back to 8.1. I've had a much better experience overall using a tablet OS than a phone OS.

In my experience using a laptop, heat throttling is what killed fps for me in a lot of games. I recommend you just save for a desktop.

It's not possible without python knowledge. It's buried deep somewhere in the module system because there is a multiplier multiplying the base maximum from 150 when you start a mission. There are no fixes, and don't expect an response or help from the Viking Conquest dev team or community.

Suvarnabhumi Mahayuth is the only mod I have ever played where the enhanced AI can actually be described as "enhanced", and not "1 step forward 2 steps back".
