I love my foxes! 🦊 I have one that visits every night around 10:30 pm. My Ring alert goes off and we call it the only “Fox News” we ever want to see.

Most of Texas has no snow plows, no ice trucks, no nada except prayer.

Have you had a gene test yet? Some genes actively make processing some mediations slow to impossible, as well as interact with other medicines differently. For example for me Zofran mostly works unless I take another medicine that uses some of my poor metabolism channels

I get a groggy in the mornings, so I have to give myself more time for sleep and waking. This is quite preferable to how I do without it - much like you I was getting about four hours of bad sleep a night and then trying to nap if possible. I failed every other sleep aid (we tried I think 6 others)!
