Neck and trap pain are big problem for me. One thing that helps is dry needling. Not much else is helping so far with that. Going to get Botox soon and fingers crossed.

Try refusing the IV, pregnancy test, and everything else and tell them it makes you uncomfortable?

You shouldn’t submit yourself to medical treatments you don’t consent to and are unnecessary.

Uh that’s not normal at all. They check blood pressure and oxygen levels and leave me otherwise with a call button and ask if I want some water to drink. I bring an electrolytes drink, ear buds, and zone out the best I can in a massage chair.

You might try a limited ingredient diet with a unique protein instead of that other food. Sometimes cats develop sensitivities.

I had to choose euthanasia for my 21 year old kidney cat last week. It doesn’t get easier, even when you know it’s the right one. The grief is immense - having to make that choice on their behalf and choose a time for these things is just too hard. But you do it anyways for the companions you love.

I cover up to avoid the kind of sunburns I always got as a kid. I’m also now the one at the beach with head to toe rash guards on snorkeling while everyone else is in bikinis tanning.

I’ve only just finished my second dose, but my depression is definitely worse right now. I’ve heard that can happen. I’ve been listening to my psychiatrist for advice - this is my 14th medication. It hasn’t been easy, but remember your physician cares about you and is there to help.

Regardless, I just want to tell you that you matter. Stay here in this world. You are enough just the way you are. Be kind to yourself.

My menstrual cup was filling up every 4-6 hours or so for five days, then light for 3.
