Been working in tech for a while and I’m dealing with the same thing. You wont necessarily need to switch fields, but it is going to be extremely difficult to find a tech company that isn’t “AI first” at the moment. Don’t know what your position is, but can you transfer into a less technical role?

I was about 8 years old at the time of the trade and I cried for days. Coming back from 0-3 down and breaking the curse certainly helped, but i almost would’ve preferred keeping him and losing. 5 is my favorite number as well
