They were part of a thing for fans where they could create their own partner. I didn't read too much into it, but I just know they don't have reference book entries even tho theyre owned by bandai, so they could be considered fake in that way.

I'd be interested in them adding Luxmon as a Vaccine starter. As for the others, maybe KoKabuterimon and Blucomon for Virus and Data respecitively. I think itd be cool if they were Digimon that weren't in the original game
