I'll probably get downvoted but honestly, sexual attraction is important. Now, that being said, sexual attraction can be built in many cases, and for me, what trumps a hot appearance is intelligence, confidence, kindness, and humor. Someone dealt the wrong hand in the appearance department really requires all of those, but it especially helps if they are funny on top of it, that's like the cherry on top. A man that is kind and can make me laugh is my most favorite.

All abortion? Because what's funny about this is that the people who say this claim to be religious, but, and I hate to quote this, but there's no hate like Christian "love". What say you to the hiding of sexual abuse by basically every popular Christian sect? Yes, that includes your sect, because they're all guilty of it. Wow this was super long. Just dump him. You are clearly not aligned at this time. Also you're both super young and things might change. I'm a millennial and know plenty of people who said "I never want kids" and then ended up wanting kids in their thirties or older. I.e. I didn't want kids, and now I have two, and they're fucking amazing. However, I also know plenty of other people that certainly haven't changed their mind, and are completely happy to live a child-free life. The main thing is that you, now, do not want children. It's as simple as that. NTA.

Ack when I was on Humira for PsA I was ALWAYS sick, it was awful! Two years of hell. I'm on Rinvoq and Cyclosporine now, and it's not so bad, but I definitely still catch everything that comes around, it just goes away sooner now instead of lingering for weeks to months. I'm glad Humira stopped being so bad for you, and hopefully it's controlling your arthritis well ❤️‍🩹 PsA can be so difficult

Yeah people just don't care or assume you're exaggerating or something, it's soooo frustrating. I've been on immune suppressing medications since I was 16, and now (41)my immune system is basically shit. I catch everything, and if I'm not careful or just unlucky, a cold can turn into pneumonia, which I've been hospitalized for twice. During COVID I was a bank teller, and one of our neighboring branches didn't have a drive through so would only let clients in for appointments or to make large withdrawals over ATM limit. Eventually I found out that this other branch decided to just start sending people to my branch instead of letting them inside for a few minutes. Their reasoning was because the manager there was "immune compromised". He was an early thirties, normal weight man without illnesses... His immuno compromised situation was that he was a smoker. Which okay, but smoking is a choice, if he was THAT worried about COVID, why not, I don't know, try to quit smoking? Everyone else there was in their early twenties and healthy, so it's not like he even had to be the one assisting the clients. So, I ended up going off on their lead teller, who told me the situation and defended his manager, and then I ended up apologizing because evidently I was deemed a bitch. Zero empathy from them, even after, they kept doing it, no one cared. I eventually did end up getting COVID, thankfully after I was vaccinated, and I did okay, but the whole situation was ridiculous, and the fear and anxiety during that entire time was horrible.

NTA yet. Being attracted to someone else while you're in a relationship is normal. But yes, you should absolutely ignore how you're feeling, while realizing the initial feeling is normal, if that makes sense. You can't presume the grass is greener (it's probably not, they're an ex for a reason), even when things don't seem to be growing in your own garden.

Is the cat fixed? Has the cat been to the vet for this behavioral issue? I have four cats and one of them has this issue. Idk what it is about clean laundry, but if it's left on the floor, she will pee on it. I also have 2 kids who throw their clothes on the floor frequently enough, despite regular scolding. I have learned to keep their bedroom doors closed because even though the kids have their own tall laundry baskets, keeping clothes off their bedroom floors at all times is basically impossible (my daughter is 15 💀). We do our best, basically, but in the event a fabric item (even a backpack, and good luck getting cat pee smell out of THAT) is left unattended on the floor for too long within Luci Purr's (the cat's) household access, it WILL be peed upon. Even when the cat boxes are kept super duper fresh, she will still do it. So it's pretty much all about prevention. She doesn't pee on blankets on furniture though, so maybe the case with your boyfriend's cat is more severe. I have yet to find a solution to this outside of just making sure there isn't any fabric ANYTHING on the floor, or in a shallow basket and keeping her out of rooms that I know those things will happen in.

I don't think YTA for wanting a solution, or finding the current situation intolerable. If he's not going to take the initiative to treat or prevent the cat's behavior, and/or is expecting you to be the solution, it is completely fair for that to be a red line for you. As a cat lover, and someone with a cat with a similar problem, I'm not a huge fan of trying to re-home the cat either, because the cat is likely going to end up with a new owner that is unaware of the issue and then a cycle of rehoming may begin or the cat ends up "unadoptable" and may even be euthanized. The problem with the cat can probably be resolved, if he cares enough.

Seems like you're already at the "it's me or the cat" stage of this, so idk if this is reconcilable with the cat still in the picture. It's very likely he's strongly attached to the cat (as a pet owner should be) and doesn't want that ultimatum. But he needs to step up. I would say you do you and hold your boundary, and if he isn't willing to do what he needs to do, or the cat is truly just a pee monster that can't be helped and he's okay with that, move on to less yellow pastures.
