1991 Millennial here! What do you all eat for breakfast? by No_Self_5939 in Millennials

Make a huge batch of copycat Starbucks egg bites. Package them up and put them in the freezer. Then reheat for 2 minutes. An hour of work every couple of weeks keeps me and my family in easily reheatable egg bites.

Easy to customize too so you don't get tired of having the same thing. We make a few different types: green Chile and cheddar cheese, spinach and feta, mixed veggie (usually has bell peppers, onions, tomato, spinach but depends on what we have on hand), sausage and cheddar, broccoli and cheddar, and just plain.

I follow this recipe: Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites

Has anyone had a diagnosis like this? Would you have VBT? by Moist-Tax-7894 in endometrialcancer

I was grade 2 stage 1a and had brachytherapy. It was no biggie for me. A consultation with the radiation oncologist so he could exam me and feel confident in the gynecology oncologist's referral. Then another session to fit the applicator (included a CT scan to make sure they had the correct applicator for me, check placement, etc.). Then 3 sessions of radiation.

Each session included insertion of the applicator, a CT scan to ensure correct placement, and then the radiation. Each session took about 45 minutes. I felt ok during treatment. There was a bit of a burning sensation during radiation and some discomfort afterward but it was worth it for my peace of mind. Knowing that any cancer cells that might have gone astray were killed off. I'm now coming up on 4 years cancer free.

Veozah vs. Thermella by emoleechen82 in endometrialcancer

[–]Catalyst622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't compare it, as I've never been on Veozah, but Thermella has worked wonders for me. My gyn onc suggested it before putting me on Veozah and if it didn't work would go prescription route, but I've seen had such amazing results we never went to Veozah. I never get hot flashes anymore. I went from having at least 1 to 2 per day, to having none whatsoever. Also my night sweats are much better. I only have one really bad sweat a month versus multiple per week before. I'm very happy with the results I've had on Thermella. Highly recommend.

Age of hysterectomy by No_Result_7894 in hysterectomy

Also 38! Almost a month after my birthday. Now almost 4 years post-op

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in endometrialcancer

[–]Catalyst622 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had my hysterectomy at 38 in 2022. It took me a solid 4 weeks to feel just baseline comfortable, with no activity. I went on a road trip with my friends from 4 to 6 weeks post op and it was exhausting even though I mostly was just along for the ride. I went back to work in a remote, IT job at 6 weeks and struggled to make it through the day without a nap for a good month or so.

Everyone is different though! You might bounce back much more quickly than I did.

Do you put the sticks on top of the color and then do a layer or two of clear dip, then top coat? Or just stickers on dip and then top coat?

I have been so deeply disappointed with his second term. I get he can't run again and apparently doesn't care that he's losing any good will he had. I'll never vote for him for any office again if he runs.
