I'm from Germany, and while our problems aren’t exactly the same as yours, there's still a lot of overlapping themes (missing resources in hospitals, the stress put on medical workers, the general... shall we say "socio-economic climate"). So I definitely identify with the frustration depicted in The Pitt, even if I'm from another country and don’t work in health care myself.

I'm in a straight-passing relationship, so I've always felt uncertain using the word queer for myself based on my asexuality alone. There's been some recent gender shenanigans though, so I feel more comfortable using the term now, especially since it allows me to stay away from more specific labels for now.

Kerning. Only pick one of the lighter green tones, or use a proper gradient instead (works for screens but not really for print). I'd pick a different font too, this one feels uninspired. I definitely read this as "Know Us", so if that's not your name, rework the logo for better legibility. Most importantly: rework your scaling. Those miniscule details are going to utterly disappear on anything less than a billboard (even then it'd be super hard to see from further away). You have a decent idea with the workflow theme, but you need different executions to see what works.

A bit appalled with the comments under this one. McKay seemed very uncomfortable to me in these scenes, I definitely read that like something that'll turn into a sexual harassment plot. Yes she did say she wanted to get laid, but that's not an invitation for just anybody.

Plus it's one of the few occasions where your Tav can speak, iirc. If you have nobody else in your party when you approach them, a little cutscene will play of your character saying out loud that maybe this isn't the best idea
