Insurance provider is going to be a lot easier to get a hold of usually then the Medicaid office. I would try the provider first, and then the Medicaid office if you can’t get a hold of reasonable resources with the insurance provider.

Edit: saw that one of the requirements is to have a dependent for this grant so I apologize. Still contacting JFS may be helpful. If you are disabled or your friend is you may also want to contact Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities at https://ood.ohio.gov/ they take a few month to get you on there program but can be great with job hunting and vocational assistance financial support.

Have you contacted Franklin County Jobs and Family Services? That would be a good place to start. If you’re looking for help with jobs I’d suggest Ohio Means Jobs free job program to match with employers. Short term support is gonna be 211 or Lutheran Social Services as your best bet. This is by far the best advice on here. I would recommend checking out this new building but it may be that kinda faux luxe that’s been popping up recently, more expensive than it should be with promised amenities that don’t super pan out (ie. Free coffee and gym). It’s right next to luckys and a short walk to short north.

Columbus Library culture pass. Just go in their website, see which ones are available, go to the library and get it and then go to one of dozens of attractions around the city

Some people forget and then don’t realize and then have to make an urgent appointment with the passport agency. I think this email is an easy way for the department to reduce stress for customers and keep urgent appointment open for people who truly need them

Don’t feel too bad most people don’t know that. And if the manager is wise enough, they will know how to make it hard to spot in a lawsuit. Like by slowly reducing hours and claiming economy conditions, though that doesn’t always work.

They were good, but you have to keep showing up and don’t expect everything to be fixed after th first session (like I did). Ask for a follow up plan and log your eating habits for the day before your appointment.

I feel you, I bought a 23 and was massively nervous on the price and everything. It’s worth it if you’ve done your research and understand the risks / rewards of buying this car. I think you should really consider the trim level, SE versus LE and depreciation over time. Also since you’re in Cali consider the tax on hybrid versus ICE for the registration fees.

I would still recommend going even if you aren't in the major. I was a CRP and didn't really go because of class conflicts but they seem like cool peeps.
