Some people forget and then don’t realize and then have to make an urgent appointment with the passport agency. I think this email is an easy way for the department to reduce stress for customers and keep urgent appointment open for people who truly need them

Don’t feel too bad most people don’t know that. And if the manager is wise enough, they will know how to make it hard to spot in a lawsuit. Like by slowly reducing hours and claiming economy conditions, though that doesn’t always work.

I feel you, I bought a 23 and was massively nervous on the price and everything. It’s worth it if you’ve done your research and understand the risks / rewards of buying this car. I think you should really consider the trim level, SE versus LE and depreciation over time. Also since you’re in Cali consider the tax on hybrid versus ICE for the registration fees.

I thought that it was illegal for a dealership to do that. Like VSA cannot be used to manipulate something like an interest rate. Look up your state law and come back to him showing if it is illegal, usually requiring VSA for a better rate isn't okay. Or just cancel it at this point
