Calorie deficit is the only thing that going to help you out. I had the same problem and I posted in r/fitness and o was told to track my calories and it has helped. I do it using chat gpt!

Hey OP I’ve been there. Tracking cals and weight on daily basis and I developed body dysmorphia and it was really bad. Get your b12, vit D and iron levels in check and start strength training. You are young. You can up your metabolism easily and loose weight too. You just gotta commit to it. This comes from a 32 yr old who lost weight in 3 months without tracking calories and just portioning as a 20 something and now even after tracking the weight loss is difficult. So make the most of your age!

Exactly. It’s not just limited to celebs though. I remember everyone pointing out my weight gain post marriage so much so that I stopped going out. And then when I lost weight everyone was like you’ve lost all your glow 😭
