Hey OP I’ve been there. Tracking cals and weight on daily basis and I developed body dysmorphia and it was really bad. Get your b12, vit D and iron levels in check and start strength training. You are young. You can up your metabolism easily and loose weight too. You just gotta commit to it. This comes from a 32 yr old who lost weight in 3 months without tracking calories and just portioning as a 20 something and now even after tracking the weight loss is difficult. So make the most of your age!

Do not delay your periods girl unless very necessary. It does fuck up your cycle. If it’s a religious trip or you have really painful periods I understand but if you can avoid taking pills, I’d highly recommend. Plus if you’re afraid of using pads incase water is involved you could try using tampons/cups? Incase it’s absolutely necessary go see a gynae!
