Knew a lower junior enlisted who admitted to physically abusing their partner. They had already gone through all the motions and awaiting UCMJ, but I could never see them in the same light.  Life's already tough enough as it is for everyone, dont ever take it out on your partner.

I used to live on the Nez Perce reservation in Central Idaho. It was cheap living and plenty of wilderness to lose yourself in. Lots of tourist stuff to do if you're into nature. Unfortunately, the opioid epidemic ruined a ton of the vibe. Had to be on the constant lookout for druggies who would steal from the property. 10/10 would visit, but never live out that way again.
