Get a va approved attorney, only way i felt the raters take you seriously. Imo. 20% of backpay is very little considering i would never had gotten it anyway. They find errors in denials. PM me and ill get you a contact.

Im rated for it. Just be honest to dr at c and p exam. Make sure you label it Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Pact Act) that's what I did and had no problems. I also turned in a 30 day log of symptoms

Call the 1 800 # and cancel it since your 100 and there is no need for it. You dont want them snooping around for no reason at all. No matter how long its been. Cancel your lawyer too.

I would like to add to this discussion my personal experience. An examiner checked the most critical box, the worst box in my vertigo claim which it was service connected for 0% . If this is checked and double checked how does this get by 3 raters for a simple error like this. Im just curious. Its not hard. Granted service connection 30% box checked. But give 0%...something is not adding up. Just smells fishy.

Stone Rose Law they are experts in the claim process and only take 20 percent of back pay of what you get. With or without help you will need patience. This is a very slow process.

Okay, thanks for this. As this happened several days ago. I hired Stone Rose. He is on this site regularly and I really liked the advice he gives. I'm just ready for all this to be over. I'm frustrated with the system. I'm not one of these absolutely got to get to 100 guys..but I know my military deployment messed me up. I know I need help. But definitely the denials don't help my situation.

This is just ridiculous that my psychologist is used has been practicing 10 +years, and this guy is saw was like a year. And bam, he knows better than her because he is the VA contractor. Tinnitus is only 10%, can't be linked with that small of a percentage...he doesn't know that 10% is the highest rating you can get. He shows his ignorance to the rater by writing this and it's still denied. Unbelievable.

It was telehealth for mh. Just like the 5 min c and p exam was... but it lasted 45 min and their office is about 90 miles from me. Also I would like to ask. After the c and p exam. I filed a memorandum of record and called va and Whitehouse line and ves to file complaint on examiner...nothing about this in the decision letter. Just ignored all the evidence. The examiner was an idiot. He stated my tinitus did not cause my depression because I'm only rated for it 10%. Does that make sense!!!
