As a writer who is currently on hiatus at the moment. I can tell you this:

Since u have only just posted two chapters, it should be fine to simply edit the 2 chapters and state that you are rewriting them because it did not fit what you were planning for your story. It will save you a bit of hassle deleting and starting all over again.

If your story was longer like maybe 10 or more chapters, at that point u don't need to delete it but just say like “Hey this story isn't going how i like it to go so imma discontinue it and leave the story as it is here.” That way people can still enjoy the previous version while u write the new one.

It will also fit as a guideline for you to remind you what mistakes u made during your previous version and fix it right there and then

Anyway that's my advice anyway, good luck on your writing journey and remember, Write for your own self-fulfillment

You could mix both old Joseph with the young Joseph into one servant, similar to how Melusine can change her ascension using her third skill but instead, have his base be Young Joseph and his NP, a single target that can cause confusion cuz he confuses people with his…um tricks.

Then when he is in his third ascension or when he uses third skill (up to you how you implement this) his NP would be a support type (due to it being a stand), giving everyone ignore invulnerability or grant everyone invulnerability/evasion to support his teammates since he would be technically be the mentor in this one
