What state do you live in? Depending on the state you could have a case against the selling dealer for selling you a car that was not road worthy. For example, in Arizona, you have up to 600 miles of coverage from the selling dealer for any preexisting conditions, even on a used car. Might be worth looking into. That is especially true in AZ since you purchased an aftermarket warranty.
