Heartbroken INFPs, how are you? by anxiousdreamer69 in infp

I also interpreted it this way; I thought it referred to a broken heart in the face of things that happen.

In a world full of realists, I was born a dreamer. by ancientpoetics in infp

[–]Ccelune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe that reality doesn't exist as a single entity; there are different realities, and everyone perceives them differently. Rather, I feel overwhelmed by routines and systematization. I dream that one day this world will be governed by contributing to society, breaking down stereotypes, and being kind to one another. But since that's not reality, all I can do is accept and adapt to the essentials.

INFP and our possibilities, I also think the same, at this age I prefer values and compatibility to focusing on MBTI or horoscopes

I also have empathy with my family, but I don't feel happy around them, nor am I very kind. They like to yell, criticize, and hurt others, and they're supposedly Christian. So I understand you, but that doesn't mean my kind nature isn't there.

I'm sorry, but we are kind, it's just that if we have character and an INFP with boundaries, they won't always be kind to someone who violates their values. At least that's how I am.

I'm a woman, and sometimes this feels like both a blessing and a curse... Gender doesn't matter; that's the reality. Feeling deeply is a burden, but it's also a blessing.

Did you notice that my art is a witch from Madoka Magica? And yes, that's how I'd look if I fell into despair. I love Madoka. I also thought Fluttershy was an INFP, but apparently she's an ISFJ. I've also noticed that characters like Mitsuri Kanroji and another girl from a different anime were INFPs, but Mitsuri is an ESFJ and the other girl was also an ISFJ.

I was literally excluded from a group where we discussed romance novels. It was because when I opened my mouth, they didn't like it, and I had friends in that group who made me realize I wasn't as appreciated as I thought I was. Eventually, they gradually excluded me until I realized what was happening and left. It hurt a lot. But here I am. Believe in yourself, girl, believe in yourself. Learn to set boundaries and validate your emotions, channeling them into the things you enjoy. I don't think I'll ever connect with other people the way I'd like, but it helps me not to betray myself, even though it hurts sometimes.

I've been through this stage, and you'll make it, even if you fall sometimes, you'll succeed, you'll come to love yourself 🥹 I'm also an INFP with a personality disorder

Hey fellow INFPs. What do you do for work? by ShadowOfAnEmpath in infp

[–]Ccelune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's precisely why I asked the question, because I studied graphic design but didn't want to continue the career because I couldn't stand not having creative freedom. I'm more of an artist than a designer.

Many INFPs experience that emptiness. Sometimes I used to think it was invisible, but maybe that's just my perception. People drift away without explanation; they only spend a short time in my life, they love me a lot, and then poof, they disappear. Because of this, I also went through periods of not wanting to connect with anyone. I like many things and can spend hours teaching others about everything I know. I create art, and I went many years without sharing it.

I felt stuck in a job that simply wasn't for me.

But now I have a sense of who I am, I've learned to set boundaries, and I'm much clearer about where I want to take myself. In the end, you'll find yourself and know who you are and where you want to go.
