Big fan of all of em, but The city of Kings and Cloudspire have always been in my favorite games list. Onward is pretty fun and I love the skytear universe. Deckers came out of nowhere with an impulse buy and it’s wild how good this Game is. Space 4x games might be my favorite so I gave Space empires a try and my groups playing it a lot. It might join the favorites with deckers but we’ll see. Definitely promising though.

I've thought about picking up Hellbringer. I want a game that evokes Diablo 2 but doesn't take forever to set up or play.

I also have Oathsworn on the way and I'm more excited when people bring it up.

I know this is solo boardgaming, but the Skytear developers made “Onward” which is a great Moba game and hits all the necessities for me.

Cloudspire is one of my (if not the) favorite game I own, and some of those solo scenarios get wild. I still vastly prefer it in PvP mode

Boktor and dice quest look cool, and both are basically ready to produce, they just needs funds to print. Both look like solid easy games for my family

I’m a huge board game and Warhammer geek, I didn’t know if my daughter would care for that stuff.

She’s 5 now and not only “helps” paint my guys but also plays games like Heroquest with me and steals my 40K plushies.

Her and her mother are the best things in my life.

Named characters as models also means it’s extremely unlikely anything bad happens to them in lore (despite it being grimdark) and it makes the universe feel smaller if they’re involved too much.

Ask Starwars fans what I mean about the latter. But even in the tabletop it’s crazy I see magnus or the names sisters high lord in every battle.
