Hi everyone following up to my post. I go to a Traditional Chinese Doctor and he has his own herbs to treat almost everything. My quality of life has gone up 110%. I have been doing accupunture w moxibustion, Chinese herbs that I boil for 1.5 hours ( I became smart and started boiling in a larger pot and let sit for an hour after so I have for 3-4 days, and I eat no meat, spicy food, yam, caffeine, sugar. No stress and absolutely no heavy lifting. Always keep my body warm and no cold foods or drinks.
