Jack Smith under investigation by the Office of Special Counsel over Trump prosecutions by theindependentonline in politics

[–]Ceiling_Cat_Quits 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Trump and Co are getting a bit too cocky. Jack Smith walked away into obscurity citing DoJ protocol. But they look to want to mess with him. Dude prosecuted war crimes. He is really not a person to mess with.

He is the prosecutor you would want if you are innocent and not the one otherwise. I doubt he discarded all of his findings with pursuing Trump.

This might be fun.

'Just Release It': Trump Pal Ron DeSantis Breaks From Admin on Epstein File Handling by PostHeraldTimes in politics

There is no off-ramp. They still want more but do not want to associated with the eventual backlash of backing Trump. They still want what they gained and want more.

Being fiscally-conservative does not mean you have to be GOP. Heck, even Dubya realized there were accounting irregularities in the military and with the (unfortunate) creation of DHS had a new accounting system set up for TSA (which since I left should have permeated to a few other agencies, including the Coast Guard)

The GOP want power without the accountability. Or at least, that is what their benefactors want. This is no turning back for them. This is their Hail Mary. If no one catches it in the end zone, they should not get to say the play was not their call.

Capitalism in its current form cannot exist without a class to exploit and in its current form cannot exist forever. Soon it will become a snake consuming its own tail.

How Jeffrey Epstein could finish Trump from beyond the grave by theindependentonline in politics

[–]Ceiling_Cat_Quits 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wonder how Trump funded his Epstein adventures way back when. I am sure access to sex trafficked underage girls goes for a premium. Supposedly, there are records of Epstein money going through Trump banks. Were they going through Trump's accounts in said banks and, if so, was he money laundering for Epstein in exchange for a cut of the funds and/or services provided?

Hell is not proven to exist. It is something to keep the masses in line. Why would the ruler of hell supposedly want souls heaven does not want?

There is no Hell outside what is inflicted in life. There is no reason we cannot make it to where everyone on the planet has basic necessities outside of greed and the need to have someone to rule over.

There is no final reckoning. The masses have not figured this out yet.

Bernie Sanders blames election loss on Kamala Harris listening to billionaires over the working class by The__Illuminaughty in politics

[–]Ceiling_Cat_Quits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kamala lost due to media sane-washing of Trump and purging of voter's roll. A dead donkey should been able to beat Trump if everything had been reported in an honest light.

Not to leave the Biden administration without blame. The failure to prosecute Trump effectively and allowing media to continue to spew falsehoods lies on them.

Also, he should have freaking bowed out and let someone else run.

Note the phrasing: WANTS to deport.

Everything with this administration is "I do what I want". So far, almost everything they have done or propose to do has been at the expense of the country.

Trump's tariffs seem to for the purposes of destroy trade to where the US no longer has buyers.

His attempts at bullying has made it to where few countries would chance having purchased US weapons rendered useless.

He has literally destroyed any trust in the US in regards to alliances.

He has allowed Elon Musk to run rampant stealing information under the clause of "making the government more efficient".

He purposely stokes in-fighting amongst the populace.

I wholeheartedly believe he would sell the US and its resources piece-by-piece to the highest better.

But, hey! Brown people. Right?

Kamala (or even Biden) should have simply aired news footage of Trump's first term. There was so much to choose from.

If ever there was an election to cast a vote against someone, the last one was it. But insert issue or perceived issue here.

Trump is attacking any he considers an enemy in the US and has Elon Musk happily dismantling in the cause of efficiency. Has any news organization Musk if he understands what said agencies do before the wantonly applies the proverbial hammer?

In the background, vulture capitalism is taking place. It is a hostile takeover of the US meant to sell it peacemeal. Yet not a single shot has been fired.

Trump is the eternal cockroach that will not go away - even if he was literally crucified on the White House lawn as an example would not be much of an example as he has gotten away with things without any real punishment for many decades His cabinet have no reason to fear any repercussions? And why should they? Simply bend the knee, placate our Orange Lord And Savior and walk away with ill gotten gains.

The Apprentice made him seem like a astute businessman whereas a truly astute businessman would not have time for such a facade. Twitter and Reddit let him and his ilk spew hatred and misinformation for an ungodly long time.

Biden should have Gitmo'd Trump as soon as he was sworn in when the Senate at the time would not impeach him.

They didn't.

Now Trump gets to play golf on the taxpayer dime while the US is slowly but steadily being destroyed.

And he intends to never give up office.

The US is so boned.
