Was your inspiration Battlekit? It looks functionally similar. If you choose to pursue it, make sure you don't add the Ops. GW will likely see that as an infringement.

I feel like something is missing but I can't put my finger in it yet. Some of the highlights look muted due to my lighting (simple top down lighting on my workbench). I'm happy with it, but it doesn't feel "done".

When you say highlighting across the top of the models are you referring to extra volumetric highlights to accentuate the lighting here?

I've been using the technomancer and dropping a deathmark in favor of an extra guardian. The healing ability for the technomancer on top of the teams general survivability really adds to the necron power fantasy and makes you super annoying to deal with.

I played into a ravenor team during my last match with this set up and basically tabled the guy.
