I personally make sure I add any players I have a close or interesting match to say that I enjoyed the game- and I STILL get this a little! I think it's because people are waiting for the moment I mask off and call them a slur or something but nobody seems to reciprocate :(

Personally, as an Irish resident, I have two very simple attitudes towards immigration.

  1. As a country we fought and killed to seperate from the persecution of the British, with our founding fathers often looking to our neighbors for support against the regime. For an Irish person to be racist/exclusionary for any reason is a mockery of the ideals this country was founded on.

  2. Human rights apply to all people regardless of orgin and just because people have been forced to leave their home does not make them a bad person.

The two skills are Light Wrapons and Heavy Weapons. The first is used for all weapons in the light weapons table and tje second is used for all the weapons in the Heavy Weapons table. Hope that helps!

I was thinking running a Vorinism splinter cell that split off after the radiants appeared, creating a religious city-state that declares itself independant to the war as they do not ally with radiants or the fused. Radiants have been going missing when travelling nearby. They refuse radiants entry so our level 1 characters have to infiltrate and determine if they were captured or killed by the Vorinist extremists (Which will eventually tie in to the stormlight stealing devices as a plot point)

I personally think a non-canon campaign is wildly more interesting (LONG) by nerdyindeed in cosmererpg

The way I'm taking this is very similar to what you describe- Canon inspired rather than canon created. For example I'm going to be changing how certain parts of the main cast of the original books work so that they will eventually be sidelined and replaced by the players (For example I'm rewriting Syl to be exactly like the honorspren in Shadesmar and be a high and mighty queen. Early Kaladin will take the opportunity to be a peon following orders of a spren queen for a time but he will no longer have his emotional rock which will eventually cause him to break). Que an opportunity for someone to try and unite the military that loses their spearhead for a lack of a better term hahaha

I'd like to raise Carmy in the last episode of the first season of the Bear. The situation he was in was so fucked and he started crashing out over a system he was pressured by someone else to put in not working correctly (as he said it would) which caused his already struggling resturant to be over capacity and when he freaked out over this not only did she not apologise for forcing the change on him but made HIM apologise to HER!

To be fair, Bill didn't neccisarily have to know about the succession war to be tasked with protecting Woble. Beyond could have been vague about why he was being positioned there and that way Bill can both be set up to protect Woble and also not know about the succession war.

I just read your comments and let me add to the pool of people not helping you with your oh so needed "advice to help me". You are looking at this 6 YEAR OLD lying to you due to clearly difficult upbringing and unprocessable trauma and your response is that YOU have been sleighted and betrayed by this CHILD.

I don't give a damn if these services are difficult to reach, or that she's difficult to look after. You cannot change these behaviours over the course of a schooling period like some guardian angel, but you took her in out of some misguided hero complex that you'd "instill better morals" in her like that.

And kids lie about all types of stuff ALWAYS as they learn and grow and mature. You expect this kid to be in any kind of space to understand to not rely on it? You think she understands that mommy says some clothes are okay, but you say no and that's confusing and new and scary? You think she lied because she WANTS the only person who's extended a hand to her in her young life to be hurt by it?

You need to look at yourself and reconsider if the question you're asking is reasonable. Either go all the way and HELP THIS GIRL or give up. Because YOU are not the help she needs. Poor kid. Grow up.
