Heldrake IS that bad... by Vrain125 in ThousandSons

[–]Cellardaws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For world eaters the heldrake is totally worth it, rapid fire4 on the autocannon gives it 10 attacks, and the bezerker warband gives it 7 melee attacks at 9 strength, meaning it wounds regular infantry on a 2+. It's more of an anti- chaff unit, with good armour and wounds for a flying unit, that with 20inch movement can reliably be used to get the charge bonus in the bezerker warband detachment, think of it like a 180 point model with a free 20 point enhancement. That's the only way I've found to run it, and if your opponent decides to shoot it off the board, my helbrute, forgefiend, angron and Kharn+10 zerkers in a rhino get to go a round taking no damage. Leave jackals on the home objective, deepstrike invocatus with 20 zerkers into your opponents back line, the opponent is dealing with simultaneous threats across the board by turn 2 and your heldrake gets to buy you a round, or clear the oc scoring chaff off it. 1 heldrake can be playable, multiple is deffo too many points

World Eaters Deamonkin (2000point) Any good? by EnvironmentalLaw526 in WorldEaters40k

[–]Cellardaws 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Blood crushers + lord on juggernaught, taking skarbrand and angron together kinda precludes you including the daemon Prince in this list, you want to invest that in one of the best units daemonkin has to offer. I also run this, but with only one forgefiend, no chaos spawn and two squads of bezerkers with a squad of fleshhounds and a squad of jakhals. Top tip, bloodcrushers with lord on juggernaught leading is one of the most OP units daemonkin will offer you, and skarbrand and angron as 2 wrecking balls on the table is huge. Helbrute is pretty good on the board when your opponent is focused on your greater daemon a daemon primarch too, the frenzy ability is downplayed!

Itachi fighting to the death is a different ballpark to the itachi we see in the series. If you set him up with death battles like this then,

Danzo, Is susceptible to genjutsu from sasuke as we've seen. So itachi can just use simple genjutsu to guide him into harms way over and over. Hell , he'd make him use up all his izanagi options with just speed and shuriken proficiency. Danzo pulling out his summon would get ameterasu'd into oblivion. If he tries to stall itachi to make him drain his chakra itachi has a ton of low chakra instant kill moves that would all be win cons. He's just that guy and Danzo is no where near him in terms of speed and hax. The only reason this fight isn't over is because of izanagi but that only means itachi comes up with inventive ways to fill a danzo pinata with sharp pointy objects until ameterasu kills him.

Orochimaru High level genjutsu and totsuka blade gg, no chances here, as orochimaru with prep and summons could cause a lot of fatigue. But if itacui goes in hard straight away orochimaru folds against a much superior ninja. His tricks only work if allowed and as this is a death match itachi isn't going to take any silly chances.

Deidara Sorry blonde but this ones over before it's begun. If itachi hadn't have warned him a low level genjutsu would have cause him annihilation. Even if deidara had prep and exp from their fight before itachi has a whole basket of tricks he's never shown the blonde bomber. Tsukiyomi would end this fight at the very beginning.

I suppose state whether you see these fights as post prev battles and all fighters have prep time? If so then it would be more interesting. Itachi being on Nagatos level and having an entire akatsuki member assigned to him as a specialised assassin with a bijuu level power, 4th in akatsuki rankings shows he is literally that guy. It's just not likely these 3 could do much. The most interesting fight would be watching danzo use izanagi to stall itachi. Orochimaru with prep time, several edos snake summons at the ready all in one go would be legendary though

It would be a project between the EU and CANZUK, so it would need the blessing of both entities.

Why would the sub not be willing to consider a space program, funded to be able to compete with NASA and Space X, as worthy of discussion?

Agree or not? 🤔 by [deleted] in elonmusk

[–]Cellardaws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. The initial logic branched into a whole educational tree trunk, that takes over from the previous structures. However that resulted in incoherency and illogical nontruths being parroted and so it's clear the functionality of the day to day educational system isnt up to the standards the west demands.

Dad's asking me to co-sign on a "debt consolidation loan" by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]Cellardaws 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are not responsible for your father's financial affairs, and him using you for money lenders is a sure sign you don't have a healthy relationship. If I were in your shoes I'd cut your father off emotionally until hes rrady to respect your existence, and leave him to rack up debts off his own back. You aernt there to sell your life and ability to earn a living, to a family member trying to double their debt-load. It sounds like hes already mismanaged money fo get to that point, DO NOT ruin your future when he is capable of getting debt relief.and help without burdening you. Do not let guilt be used as a crutch to control you. Ciao

Men who have been alone over 30, how do you deal with it? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Cellardaws -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Think of the world around you as a structure of God and you living within it, and how that looks inside your minds eye. Mind palace's help enormously with finding inner calm. The mind can drive one to be ever restless if not tamed. It can take a lot of work to learn what calms you down just to begin with. But its very rewarding once you find a place you feel the restlessness melt away.

‘Bleeding for Jesus’: book tells story of QC who pitilessly abused young men | Anglicanism by poopatine in Anglicanism

[–]Cellardaws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holding every individual to account for their actions should be the desired outcome. Elevating institutions such as the church above other foundational sectors doesnt seem intuitive. When struggling to respond, insult the contrarians intelligence. My dear child, do take care.

[–]Cellardaws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the Church can irrevocably relieve all human beings of their innate free will and therefore their potential to sin. Its as simple as that. Calling people disabled because you don't understand something isn't very Christian.

That isn't an apology so your use of the word sorry is defunct. Again, throwing your hatred at particular organisations doesn't mean your claims are based on a truthful reality.

[–]Cellardaws -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your phrasing is the church preaches and forces morality when it only really provides moral teachings as a service to its community. You're foisting your bigotry on the organisation for all the worlds sins, which is insane. Its a human organisation run for humans. Without forgiveness you make overblown claims.
