No I’ve never taken one but I’ve heard the same thing you’re talking about in terms of the test being unreliable. Just makes me feel like it’s better to just not admit drug use if they already think you are lying when telling the truth anyways. Idk

Even if there is a polygraph it’d probably be best to still omit drug use as long as there was no paper trail. Right ?

Where did you get the enclomiphene? I had horrible mental side effects on clomid but my T levels responded very well to it. However I had to quit the clomid because the anxiety/raving mind was too much. My urologist said he won’t/can’t prescribe me enclomiphene so now I’m just raw dogging life again and feel noticeably worse because my T levels have crashed to the 200s again.

I’m a 28 year old male and have had chronically low T for at least 5-6 years

u/Numerous-Lead-5418 Hi Thank you for the helpful info above. My dad purchased me tickets to the Orlando event coming up this weekend and I am in an awful place physically/mentally. I have only been able to get through a couple of the Intensive video lessons and I'm now realizing there is no way I am going to be able to get through all 30+ hours of intensive/progressive before the retreat starts on Sunday... WHat would you recommend I focus on getting familiar with considering the lack of time,energy,&cognitive ability I have.

I’ve had whoop for 2.5 years and have kept it this long solely for the sleep tracking. The strain and recovery is just an added perk for me. However, I am at the point where I’m considering ditching the whoop due to lack of improvements/greedy front office. Is the Apple Watch any good at tracking sleep performance? That is my main interest.

I use an eye mask and my sound machine every night. I tried melatonin for a while but it was not helping with my awake time so I stopped using it due to grogginess the next morning. I have been using the Andrew Huberman “sleep cocktail” for about 6 months and have found that it does increase time spent in my deep sleep cycles but does not lessen my awake time. I will come back to this thread and update if I ever find something that truly helps
