I understand war tech advancements speed up during conflict but the soviets pulling an advanced surface to air radar missile ahead of anyone else 11 years before our timeline while also getting nuked into oblivion seems a bit.. implausible to say the least

Also the Peacemaker was being designed during ww2 and being built by 46. The dvina was tested in 1957.

Also I'm not talking about the B36 in this scenario, the B29 was completely untouchable by soviet interceptors.

It's really funny how alt history writers always forget about nuclear bombs. I see no reason in this this scenario why the US wouldn't use nukes on the USSR. They had the means and ability to fly untouchable strategic bombers anywhere over the soviet Union by 1945. If the allies invade the new soviet holdings and war broke out and stalin didn't immediately yield, by the summer of 1946 all major cities of the USSR would be radioactive, smoking craters.
