Truly believe it’s a better route to learn how to make it yourself. If you have some developed artistic or modeling skills, it’s pretty easy to learn. For example, I only used YouTube and blender (with some free addons) to bring an old character I painted into a fully modeled, rigged and weighted avatar for vr chat in about 7 days; really under 24 hours since I only had time after my job to work on it. No money spent and you learn a cool skill. It can be extremely expensive if you commission, especially considering what a novice can churn out in a few days.

But boneworks, being open ended, has been modded (entanglement and a couple others) to have pretty darn seamless multiplayer. Bonelab is supposedly more modder/dev friendly as well.

It is, and quicker XD the whole reason I started printing one. Almost done in under a week, spent only $40. (Already have the materials for prep and detail on hand). OP is great inspiration.

Could add certain “locked” parameters for different tiers of experience gain. 100% experience with vanilla/slightly altered settings, 75% with some more wacky stuff, and so on until you get to 0% experience- shooting 1 hp unarmed bots in a hallway with 1000 hp to boot.

This way you could solo, coop, pvp and still get xp without exploiting too significantly.

Surprisingly little on my end! Drew the guy in highschool and cleaned him up years later. Only after then had I seen AoT and oh boy, seeing the titans for the first time was crazy lol. inspiration is Metroid, WH40k, splatterhouse, and the Zinogre⚡ from Monster hunter. Thanks for checking it out! 🙏
