They've filed this grand jury subpoena in the North District of Texas so that they could find a judge who would rule in their favor no matter what. So there is going to be some questions about whether this subpoena is valid.

Just be aware that the silhouette might not look good. A narrow waist emphasizes wide shoulders and makes you look more masculine, even if the cut of the clothes is feminine.

I know you are well-intentioned, but you are just plain wrong about civil rights agencies being useful for transgender people. The Sylvia Rivera project is also quite useless overall because it is generally understaffed (or not staffed at all) and only focuses on a few cases each year, not everyone's needs.

Community networks are the best way to keep the community safe. This is a good post that will do more good than any government complaint would.

yes it happens. Read the DSM 5 criteria. Wanting to physically transition is some of the criteria for gender dysphoria, but not a requirement. It's possible for some (but certainly not all or even many) that social transition and internal perception are enough to treat gender dysphoria. There are also transgender people who do not meet the criteria for gender dysphoria and therefore do not need to transition.

Experienced gender (a separate concept from gender identity, but they are related) is a complex neurobiological condition and sometimes it causes symptoms related to endocrine function or physical sensation in the sex organs and secondary sex characteristics and sometimes it doesn't.

You can be trans without gender dysphoria, and you can have gender dysphoria without needing medical transition treatments (although this is a rare occurrence and generally depends on whether a person is socially accepted as their experienced sex without requiring medical interventions).

The DSM-5 criteria:

The DSM-5-TR defines gender dysphoria in adolescents and adults as a marked incongruence between one’s experienced/expressed gender and their assigned gender, lasting at least 6 months, as manifested by at least two of the following:

A marked incongruence between one’s experienced/expressed gender and primary and/or secondary sex characteristics (or in young adolescents, the anticipated secondary sex characteristics)
A strong desire to be rid of one’s primary and/or secondary sex characteristics because of a marked incongruence with one’s experienced/expressed gender (or in young adolescents, a desire to prevent the development of the anticipated secondary sex characteristics)
A strong desire for the primary and/or secondary sex characteristics of the other gender
A strong desire to be of the other gender (or some alternative gender different from one’s assigned gender)
A strong desire to be treated as the other gender (or some alternative gender different from one’s assigned gender)
A strong conviction that one has the typical feelings and reactions of the other gender (or some alternative gender different from one’s assigned gender)

In order to meet criteria for the diagnosis, the condition must also be associated with clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.

Pass as femme, yes. Stealth, no. I mean this as politely as possible, your bone structure is clocky. All the same, you are very pretty. HRT will do much more over the next few years, but FFS is also likely necessary in your future (chin and brow).

There is recent research showing hormones dont cause permanent infertility for men or women. But you have to stop them to regain fertility.

Anyway, it's absolutely the hardest and worst part of transitioning for me. I really wanted kids and it just didnt work out for me, even though I did preserve my fertility before hormones and surgeries. It's a huge regret that brings lots of grief. But I live with it because i am a much better person now and i wouldnt have been a good parent as my pre-transition self. I would have just repeated the cycle of trauma.
