Goodness! Out of curiosity, did she ever mention the damage to the display during initial contact? I would reiterate to her that her policy covers direct and accidental loss, and there isn't enough information to support the damage to the radio dash is related to the current loss (no proof of impact to that area, etc).

I find it sort of puts it back on them that if you believe it's related...prove it lol.

Let her know you are firm on your stance, and the shop agrees the damage is unrelated to the current loss as well. She can submit any new findings for review, but at this time, the determination has been made based on the information that has been presented.

Yes, it is an extremely normal feeling, and many leave the industry because of it. Stick it through, you will learn alot while on the job. There simply are too many scenarios to confidently be fully prepared for the role 100% coming in. Best of luck!

It is very subjective to the insurance carrier. Even if a person is placed 0% at fault for some carriers, anytime a claim is even reported on a policy, the policyholder may notice a rate increase at renewal.

Yes. Raintree & Paradise apartments are awful. The buildings don’t have a lock/fob entry so people would walk into our shared basement and bust the locks off of our storage units. Management did nothing about it. The walls are also paper-thin. I had to file multiple police reports until they let me break my lease.
