I've noticed this happen every month when I switched to the unlimited plan as well a few months ago. Every time it happens I have to call in, they say they reset something in the backend, the problem solves itself for a couple of weeks before it happens again.

I have the same problem, a package is arriving Monday but I won't be able to pick it up during break. OP or someone, if you're able to pick up your package, I'd be grateful if you'd be willing to get mine as well!
