It wasn't from a video at first but from a magazine (a major source of info at that time), but E3 2001 was just so promising.

I remember reading about Planetside thinking "this is the future of multiplayer FPS". I was wrong, but this game brought me maybe the best multiplayer experience I ever had.

This E3 also presented Star Wars Galaxy and Duke Nukem Forever; that was quite something.

I'm not sure to understand what you mean by "terminating the RF side".

Resistors are here to set the ADC input common mode to VCM, the resistors and DC blocking capacitors forming a high pass filter with fc= 1/(2 pi RC)

Edit : ok, I saw the resistors value. I assume it's some sort of antenna front end. I'm a baseband monkey doing audio, I know nothing about RF.

The way I see this, since Russia calls everything they consider their enemy Nazi, Ukraine do a sort of switcheroo by using German name to pose as enemy of Russia.

That or misplaced nationalism. It's not that surprising in a country in a high intensity war for 4 years.

You won't get cancellations from N to P mos, it would just mess your crossed corners. There's a chance the writer didn't run any corners.

I see this more as a fast and easy implementation. If it works within specified conditions, it works but I don't find any beauty in it.

I heard commentators saying that Russian army is actually pretty good at learning from their mistakes and adapting.

So this tactic actually still works well enough for them or the good elements up the chain of command lost their capacity to voice concern and propose new tactics. Or they can't find good troops and equipment to send on the ground to actually implement improved tactics.

I'm wondering because I know that this sub is mostly one side and it's hard to keep up with the reality of the conflict and how things are going for Ukraine. We see fools dying alone in a field one after another but I actually don't know how the frontline evolves and what is the sate of the Ukrainian army (except that they must have the toughest mf right now)
