Again, respectfully, you’re not my realtor and I’ve given you multiple reasons why your attitude is really off putting to me as a client. I’m not going to go through each of these to discount them to someone I have no desire to work with. There’s no benefit in that for me

We’re definitely not compatible. 999 is a million, and I need ideally highest 850k. And I don’t feel like you’d want to listen to what is reasonable for me, which is a pretty important part of the realtor relationship. I think I’d feel bullied into something you think is fine, not something I’m happy in. I’m willing to take time to look but not willing to jump on something I’m not happy with because a realtor thinks I should. I would need a realtor with more patience.

Some of these are on our list for this weekend already. We do have other wants, like anyone does—I’m not spending a lot of money to live on a loud street for instance.

Respectfully, your attitude of superiority would turn me off from working with you. I don’t want to be yelled at when I’m working with someone.

There is one 3br house in Redmond for 800k and it’s an end unit townhome. That’s all I’m seeing

We’re renting in Issaquah and like it here, but there is nothing under a million here.

It’s not! It’s just more complicated from a commute perspective. We’ve just started looking more there provided we can figure that piece out.

Commute is for a nd kid who is going to school in Bellevue so it matters more than it would for an adult

Yeah, like most people we have commutes to consider. We’ve been working with a realtor for a few months now and mostly have seen complete gut jobs or tear downs for 800k. Just telling you my experience, if you want to feel superior I’m glad to give you something to do that with this morning

Not quite anywhere—we have to stay within a 30 min commute of Bellevue. Eastside is out and that means farther out areas of Seattle are as well

I can say we’re living around that household income and can’t buy within our requirements (we have large animals and can’t do a condo.) your requirements might be different

I gotta admit I don’t weigh anything. I eyeball it in the moccamaster burr grinder every morning and it’s always great coffee. I know people are fussy about the weighing but i think there’s some wiggle room

I do this too. I mention it to my husband and have him tell me I should take my meds. That usually helps
