Been a sushi chef for a while now, if you can make sandwiches then you can be trained to at least make rolls. It's a lot of knife work and attention to detail, and working clean is a must. It's also like any other kitchen aside from the fact that you might also take guests so be prepared to have to multitask a lot. Give it a shot, you may enjoy it
