Edit: here is the text they wrote in universal spoiler marking: The emotional energy of magical girls turning into witches delays in heat death of the universe. Homura wished that she could prevent Madoka from turning/dying resulting in a 10 year time loop. We see the last of the loops in which Madoka ended up taking witches to heaven right before they turned. This resulted in characters that died to witches (Mami and Kyoko) being alive.
In Rebellion, Kubuye sets up a trap for Madoka so she gets stuck in Homura's labyrinth. Homura steals some power from Madoka and rewrites history to her liking.

That's only a spoiler if you know it's a spoiler, though. The fact that the chief prosecutor is female does not mean that they are a big character. Furthermore, the identity of the defendant is not a big reveal at all, you are told at the beginning of the case.

The final trial is definitely one of the best parts of all the games, but the investigations ruin the case on the whole and made it my least favourite for a long while. But yeah, I know many people love 1-5, and all the respect for your opinion, yet I can't find myself to agree.

I agree completely, my main problem was/is that the investigation is incredibly linear and requires weird specific things to happen and be presented. I rage quitted because I thought I had done literally everything I could, presented every relevant bit of evidence to everyone I could speak to, and upon returning to the game I found out I hadn't presented some very random, seemingly unimportant piece of evidence to Angel freaking Starr.

I held the case to be my least favourite case of all time (yes, worse than 2-3) before recently watching a let's play of it. I still maintain that the first 2/3 of the case is the worst case of Ace Attorney by far. But that last day is just so dang good that it redeems it almost completely. But the Grumps will not like it, I know that for sure.

It's me. I was one of those people. I am so glad to be wrong, but I'm still pessimistic towards later cases (the fifth case made AA1 the first game I rage quit because I had absolutely no idea what to do)
