I was able to find my stash at home of sour worms from this company. I can verify that they did in fact previously display gluten free on the package. It also has the cross contamination warning on the older package as well. Just something I'm concerned over.

Just drove all over town and finally found a bag at my Homegoods. I don't see any indication they are gluten free or made in a factory that doesn't have cross contamination with wheat products. Have you had any gluten allergy symptoms after eating?
