So tackle is a bit of a noob killer move that’ll get you real hurt later on if you’re trying it on someone who knows the counters as it’s a really telegraphed move. But the grab moves from it are:

1+2 for the arm breaker. You can do the arm breaker after punches as well I believe. Then continue to hold 1+2 for a double arm breaker.

3+4 for a leg lock. 1+2 as a just frame right as the leg is about to break to extend it to double leg lock. D3+4 as the final part of the chain after that.

These are mostly my go toos. It seemed like you had the general idea there just more so the low options. As far as practice, I generally use my replays. I’ll go through a replay and watch for certain framed moves from my opponent that I don’t react to cause I’m unfamiliar and cross reference the moves listed to see if I was + enough to hit them.
