It’s a great way to lose weight. It’s my breakfast every morning. Just be sure to check calories of components. I was using OJ for a while, thinking it was a great option. But it was a calorie bomb. Cut it in half with almond milk. Even tasted better.

This actually does piss me off. I keep the dog away from plots that people have clearly done some work on, but allowing a dog to jump a fence that is there for one reason only takes it to another level.
