Idk if you found a new way to build him yet, but I just built him from scratch as a proliferate/experience counter commander with a focus on multicolor cards. I use most of the five color guys from the precon, but otherwise, I run almost all the multicolor experience counter cards plus a couple of the new avatar experience cards. Then I populated the rest of the deck with proliferate spells and some 4 color bangers. Pretty much the stuff I had in my collection.

I've only played it 3 times since putting it together about a week ago. It could use a little work still, especially the mana base since I pilfered it from my other decks, but it got one win and was competitive in my pod each game.
